Ingredients:
1 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
1  ripe banana
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat)
1 tablespoon honey (optional, for sweetness)
1/2 cup spinach (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
1 tablespoon flaxseeds (ground)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
 
Instructions:
Start by adding the mixed berries, banana, Greek yogurt, and honey (if using) to a blender.
Add the spinach to the blender. Spinach is rich in folate, a B-vitamin that is important for fertility.
Pour in the almond milk for a creamy texture. Almond milk is a good source of vitamin E and healthy fats, which can support reproductive health.
 
Toss in the ground flaxseeds and chia seeds. These seeds are packed with omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, and essential nutrients that are beneficial for fertility.
